Law Training Courses for Journalists in Jalalabad

A training program for Journalists which was held by Afghanistan's National Journalists Union in Jalalabad province, is ended.

In this training program, nineteen Journalists from deferent active Medias of Nangarhar Province were participated.

Law trainings, ethics and professional standards of conduct were the main content of this training program. During this period of training ' Journalists were trained about various laws that are somehow related to media activities in Afghanistan.

Afghanistan constitution the mass media law, right to information law, Taxation Law, Elections Law, Criminal law and crimes against internal and external security are the regulator of Media activities in Afghanistan that still a lot of journalists do not know it clearly.

So, Afghanistan's National Journalists Union started Journalists training Courses in five provinces  ( Kabul, Khost, Balkh, Herat and Nangarhar) with the help of polish embassy in Kabul for a better acquaintance of Journalists to regulator laws in Afghanistan.

 The training courses in Kabul and Nangarhar are ended and during the next  weeks, journalists from Khost, Mazar-e-Sharif and Herat Provinces would be the last who will benefits from these training courses.
