Yesterday evening, Imran Lemar a local journalist for (Mazal) radio injured because of unknown gunmen attack. Shirshah Hamdard, provincial manager of Afghanistan’s National Journalists Union (ANJU) expressed that the reason of this attack is still unknown and yet, the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) started investigation of the case seriously. ANJU and other members of the media federation paved the way for his transfer from Nangarhar to Kabul for a quick treatment in one of the civil or military hospitals. Meanwhile, Shah Mahmood Shinwari, director of (Mazal) radio also accompanied Mr. Lemar to Kabul to facilitate his treatment.
