Mr. Samiullah Mahdi the active journalist of ONE TV channel has recently received the award of “The Brave Journalist” of 2012.
This award is granted every year by the International Center of Journalists to the journalists who are unique in their performance.
Afghanistan’s National Journalists Union congratulates Mr. Samiullah Madi for his great achievement while believes that this award belongs to the all brave journalists of Afghanistan who worked with utmost bravery during last year and some of them have lost their lives.
Afghanistan’s National Journalists Union thanks the International Center for Journalists for its recognition of the activities of an Afghan journalist.
We believe that Afghan Journalists will undertake their responsibilities before thier country and nation, always and in any condition, no threat or pressure can prevent them of carrying their responsibilities.
