Declaration of in connection to killing of Indian writer in southern Afghanistan.

According to the National and international media reports a Indiani female writer was killed in Paktika province last night.

Paktika province, police officials says that Mrs.Sushmita Benerjy was killed by Taliban while they were taking her out of her house.

49-year old Mrs. Banerjy the author of bestseller book "Escape from Taliban" has been recently working with a health clinic and was also documenting women living style in Paktika province.

Afghanistan's National Journalists Union (ANJU) condemns the murder of Indian writer and mentions that such incidents are the greatest obstacles to publications prepaireded by the foreign journalists which document the lives of Afghans.

ANJU expresses its condolence to the family of Mrs. Benerjy and hopes that security officials identify the  perpetrators and bring them to justice.
