One of Khorshid TV’s reporters Ahmad Rafi Noory was wounded on a suicide attack occurred in Yaka Toot locality, district 9 of Kabul city and was severely injured in paunch and feet and is currently under serious treatment of doctors in Wazir Mohammad Akbar Khan hospital.
During a visit by representatives of Afghanistan’s National Union for Journalists (ANUJ) to the mentioned hospital, Mr. Noory - who is currently in hospital expressed improvements in his health situation and said he will be staying in hospital for 10 to 15 more days.
This is while during the current year figures of causalities of journalists in the country have raised compared to the past years and the insecure environment in the country has made it hard for the journalists to work better.
Condemning such non Islamic and inhuman accidents, the ANUJ is hoping a quick recovery to Mr. Rafi Noory.
