The prime court of Ningarhar province has condemned Faizullah the Pakistani journalist of to four years of detention. Months ago Pakistani media have broadcasted the reports in which it was said that Faizullah Khan after entering to Afghanistan has disappeared.
Soon after that security institution in nengarhar announced that they arrested a Pakistani citizen who was interred Afghanistan illegally.
The accusations which are charged against Faizullah Khan are; illegal entrance to Afghanistan and visit and having contact with Taliban leaders and armed defiant of Afghanistan.
The authorities of Ningarhar province has confirmed that the statement of detention of Faizullah Khan is issued by court of crimes against interior and foreign security.
It is not cleared yet that based on which proves and witnesses the court has condemned Faizullah Khan to prison.
