Last week, the media society of the country lost three of its members.
During last week, first Mr. Faroq Faizi a reporter for American Ashena TV passed away as a result of cancer.
Then, Anahita Kargar one of well-known journalists died due to heart failure in Baghlan province; and finally yesterday, Hussein Nazari, a cameraman for Rahefarda TV was martyred in a suicide attack.
Afghanistan’s National Journalists Union (ANJU) deems the demise of these colleagues as a great loss for media society of the country.
We sympathize with their families and colleagues and pray for their souls to rest in peace.
