In continuation to the distribution of ‘The Safety Guide for Afghan Journalists, a number of journalists in Faryab province received copies of this Guide.
Said Zainuddin Abidi, the representative of Afghanistan’s National Journalists Union (ANJU) in Faryab province says that so far about 30 journalists have received a copy of the Safety Guide in that province.
According to Abedi, the journalists in Faryab province have appreciated ANJU’s initiative in preparing and publishing the Guide and has deemed it as an effective outlet.
ANJU officials in Kabul assert that the distribution of copies of the Guide will be continued in other provinces as well.
